Creating dental awareness in children

For more than decade now Westcoast International Dental Clinic is organizing “International Smiles Art Contest” in order to create dental awareness among children in the local community.

This event takes place throughout April and May and is organized annually. In our clinic it is referred to as The Kids Dental Health Month. Currently contest takes place in all the international schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and is open for all children of age of 12 and below.
By combining creativeness and dental importance, we give a chance for children to express themselves in a positive and beneficial way. We expect dental related drawings, sculptures or any other form of artwork.

Dental Superhero!

We all know how much our children love superheroes, right? That is why this year we spiced things up a bit and created superhero theme. Now children can get more creative and combine dental topic with their favorite superhero. Theme is called “Superhero Saves Teeth”.
As well as previous years, this contest is for children of age of 12 and below. Artworks of any shape and form can be handed-in, they should be dental and superhero theme related. These artworks should be submitted until 13/05/2016 in any of our locations either in person or by mail.

Prizes

What makes this contest even better is prizes for the top artworks we receive. Prizes for this year are following:

• Grand prize winner – Ipad Air 2
• 1st Runner up – Playstation 4
• 2nd Runner up – Photo Camera

All the winners will be announced on 20/05/2016 and will be invited to one of our clinic for Prize Award Ceremony. Grand winner will take a part in article published in newspaper and on our website. On top of that, it will be great experience of see how real, professional dentists work, learn more about our clinic and dental care in general.
